System to make your face fresh, young, strong, healthy & more beautiful every day
Facilitation is listening and interacting without bias to bring clarity and understanding to the process in the present moment. In Facilitation the responsibility rests with the individual who is assumed to possess the ability to grow increasingly conscious through their awareness. Facilitation is not intended to be a substitute for Psychotherapy. The Facilitator serves as a catalyst supporting the process rather than an expert providing a solution. In Facilitation the process belongs to you, and you are approached with the attitude of “teach me about you.” Facilitation is enormously valuable for persons capable of and willing to take full responsibility for themselves and their choices.
Through awareness you gain perspective, and you are able to embrace higher truth. Your spirit is freed from the lesser truth from which it was sent and a greater sense of self emerges. This expanded sense of self enables you to have greater insight, to increase understanding, to desire to take responsibility for healing, to create fulfillment, and to generate increased energy and vitality. You become empowered with clear vision, which allows for greater freedom in you choices.

It takes a year or more to become proficient in the art of Facilitation. One of the best resources in the Denver area is the program offered at People House. People House is a non-profit, non -sectarian organization dedicated to fostering conscious awareness of body, mind and spirit in individuals, families, and groups through fellowship, education, Facilitation and leadership training. They can be reached at: (303)480-5130 or PeopleHouse.com.
Facilitation as a spiritual service directly supports a person to a conscious awareness of what is happening. It is a spiritual model for honoring your soul by witnessing you on your journey to greater truth and the discovery of your inner wisdom. Spiritual Facilitation helps you to explore the questions “Who are you?” “What deeply matters to you?” Where are you on your path?” A Spiritual Facilitator does not offer advice, labels, or judgments, and does not give diagnosis or prognosis. A Spiritual Facilitator does bring their conscious awareness to your reality as much as possible without interfering with your process and create a supportive environment for your spiritual growth.
“I have found Facilitation to be extremely caring and gentle in its approach. This combined with the Facilitator’s great focus and clarity during the session provides a powerful tool for finding the insights that are within me. The Facilitator guides and follows rather than dictates. The end result is I always come away feeling empowered.” – Maryann Kosinski, Massage Therapist and Teacher, Denver, CO
“Facilitation helps you connect the details that at first appear to be random, yet point the way to the solution.” – Ray Little, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Denver, CO
“Facilitation utilizes insightful and creative ways to work with the deeper patterns underlying emotional and physical difficulties. When I work with a Facilitator, I come away feeling supported and gain a fresh view of my experiences.” – Bethany Cobb, Feldenkrais Practitioner, Denver, CO
